SALE PRICE

We always offer our customers sales advice free of charge. To determine the right price for your property, we will first visit the property and then compare it with other properties on the market. Once we have done this, we will have a clear picture of the property and will be able to give you an accurate market price.

Once we have arrived at a sale price, we will draw up an agreement which governs the relationship between us and states our fee.

DOCUMENTS

Before we can start the selling process, we will need the following documents:
- NIE numbers and passports for all owners
- Copy of Nota Simple (title deed)
- Most recent IBI receipt (property tax)
- Most recent electricity bill
- Most recent water bill
- Most recent comunidad bill (the association) and contact details for the association
- Certificado electrico (energy declaration)

As a seller, you can boost your chances of a sale by tidying up and having your home cleaned prior to a viewing. Our agents are always well-informed about the properties we sell and are able to answer any questions and provide customers with all relevant information during a viewing. They will also spend a lot of time showing off the best that your area has to offer.
